1. Disconnect
Log in to Vizora, open Connections or Ads Connections, choose the connected platform account and select disconnect. Vizora will stop future syncs for that integration.
Data deletion
Sellers can disconnect authorized platform integrations in Vizora and request deletion of retained marketplace or advertising data.
Log in to Vizora, open Connections or Ads Connections, choose the connected platform account and select disconnect. Vizora will stop future syncs for that integration.
Send a deletion request to support@vizora.vn from the email associated with your Vizora account. Include your seller account email and connected platform name.
Vizora will verify the request and process deletion or anonymization within 7-14 business days, except where retention is required for legal, security or audit obligations.
